To book hotel accommodations, you must go through the registration process. You will not be able to book directly with the hotel.

Kindly note that hotel accommodations are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to register for your hotel as soon as possible. Requests made after April 6th, 2012, are subject to availability.
 

You are responsible for your own flight arrangements to and from the Summit.

At the close of the Summit, Microsoft Canada has arranged transportation from the Microsoft Conference Center to the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport on Thursday, May 3rd.
